We’re hiring English-speaking staff for our Roblox Doors Discord. You’ll keep the server active, look after members, talk in voice channels and host events.
The form takes about 10 minutes. We read every application.

What you’ll actually do
Four jobs, all of them about people. No paperwork, no hidden duties.
Keep the server active
Start conversations in text channels, welcome new arrivals and make sure nobody joins to find an empty hallway.
Look after members
Answer questions, settle small disputes, enforce the rules fairly and pass bigger problems to senior staff.
Be present in voice channels
Hop into voice, chat with members and encourage quiet people to join in. A voice channel with a friendly host fills up fast.
Host events
Plan and run Doors lobbies, challenge nights, giveaways and community games on a regular schedule.
What we need from you
- Fluent written and spoken English
- A working microphone, and comfort using it
- At least 5 hours a week of real activity
- You play Doors and know the game’s community
- Calm under pressure and respectful, even when others aren’t
- Discord DMs open, so we can reach you

Questions
How long until I hear back?
Usually within a few days. If you hear nothing after a week, send the owner a Discord message.
Do I need moderation experience?
No. Experience helps, but we care more about being friendly, active and fair.
Can I apply more than once?
Yes. If you’re declined, you can apply again later with a stronger application.
Is the role paid?
This is a volunteer community role. You get staff permissions, a say in the server and a path to senior roles.
